[A*UG] Troubles with SendDTMF

If for instance you use the manager or spool directory to start the call
(starting an outbound call for a purely automated system) that call
jumps into the dialplan at the place designated in the Originate
message.  This allows you to automate things like calling another call
server.  It flows something like this:

System one drops  a call file that calls a phone number that another
call server answers.  

The first call server then connects the newly opened channel to a
specified place in the dialplan.

The dialplan has a SendDTMF command to send tones to the second server.

The second server receives the tones and does something based on the
tones that it gets.

It's a very low tech low data method of 'transferring' information.

We used to use this method to verify the functionality of DIDs when we
were buying them in blocks of 1000.
