[A*UG] Troubles with SendDTMF

Hi ya'll

For some reason, the SendDTMF command is not working.
I have 4 pstn lines coming in and make calls with a TDM400
card.

I can place a call on the zap channel just fine, playback a
recording, but when I send the dtmf, I just get silence.

For example

exten => 111,1,Answer()
exten => 111,n,Playback(1)
exten => 111,n,Wait(0.5)
exten => 111,n,Playback(welcome)     ; I can hear this from the calling
phone
exten => 111,n,Dial(Zap/1-1/5551212<myphone>)  ; my cell phone gets dialed
exten => 111,n,Playback(welcome)  ; I can hear this on my cell
exten => 111,n,Wait(1)
exten => 111,n,SendDTMF(12345678)  ; I get nothing on either phone

Any ideas where I should look to debug this problem?
