[A*UG] Nat problem again - lost ability to hear callee

Thanks for pointing that out Lenny - I was greatly surprised to hear
that pinging larryalk.dyndns.org doesn't give my outside address.
Maybe they changed something because I'm pretty sure I could always just
ping larryalk.dyndns.org.
Dyndns can give me the outside IP if I use a browser and go to
http://checkip.dyndns.org/ but I need something I can put in
externip in sip.conf.
Right now I'll just put the actual dns (it hardly ever changes) in
sip.conf and make sure everything works.
