[A*UG] Sipura 3000 Configuration

Hi all

I have a Sipura 3000 that I am trying to configure.
The instructions that came with it says to connect
a phone and dial ****, and it is supposed to respond
with "Sipura configuration menu."

I have powered up the unit and have connected a phone
to the phone outlet. No other connections are made to
the unit, that is, no line or ethernet cable.

So far, I get no dial-tone and no response to **** (which,
BTW, I can't hear the dtmf when I press any key).

Can someone tell me if I am doing something wrong, or if
the unit possibly broken.
