If you know the phone number attached to a line (which you don't
necessarily know with PSTN DIDs) you could just make each zap channel
jump to a different context in the dialplan which sets a variable and
then goes to the common context.
I haven't done hard channels in a long time... all of my time is spent
in SIP now.
